I can't believe that enterprises pay analysts money...

I bet if you were to substitute enterprise architecture with security, ECM, BPM, SOA, CRM, ITIL, CMMi, dieting, innovation, apple pie, car maintenance, brushing your teeth three times a day, paying your taxes, changing your underwear or anything else that comes to mind, this statement will still hold true.

Now, if you really want insight, remember to always have strong business buy-in and a sound ROI. Oops, you have to also remember to incorporate the phrase best practices into your daily vocabulary and you will be successful...
